How much does it cost?The cost is $150 +gst per month and you get 10 inbuilt calls per month included.

Is ten calls a month enough?Absolutly, we have reserached and found many RTO might only have 3 to 4 questions a month, however we have alowed for 10 included in the monthly fee.

Is this a lock in contract?No you can cancel at anytime, however we would be sad to see you go :-(

Can I accumulate the calls if I don’t use them in the month?No the 10 inbuilt calls do not roll over if not being used.

How long can we talk on the call for?Calls are in 15-minute blocks. So, if you need longer say 30 minutes that would make up two calls out of your monthly allocated calls. Most calls don’t need to be any longer than 10-15 minutes.

What questions can we ask about?Any questions is a good question, and we endeavour to answer all VET related questions. If we don’t have the exact answer during our call, we will go away and find the answer and call you back and you won’t be charged a call credit.

Who can ask questions from our RTO?When you sign up to the membership you can nominate the people from your RTO who will be recorded on our database for identification, this can be trainers, admin, managers, sales. Anyone from your RTO can be nominated.

Can we email questions through?Yes we can reply to you via email. It may be we would send you more information to your question in writing including refrences to websites. Each email will count to your 10 calls a month.

Are the consultant on the phone experienced in VET?All our consultants are experienced auditors with majority of them having over 20 years’ experience working in the VET sector, many have owned RTOs as well as managed them over the years and bring a wealth of knowledge to the RTO Hotline team.
